For our fresh, healthy cuisine, known far beyond Rottach-Egern, we use only the best and freshest ingredients and thus make your stay also a special experience for your palate.
Start your wellness day with the large and varied breakfast buffet (until 10:30 a.m.) in our bright and friendly winter garden.
A rich selection of bread, cheese, fresh fruit, cold cuts, various juices, mueslis, oat/almond/soy/cow's milk, many types of tea and coffee and egg dishes prepared according to your wishes in all
variations leave nothing to be desired.
In the evening we serve you a 4-course menu with two alternative main courses.
Our varied cuisine ranges from regional specialties and excellent fish dishes to creative vegetarian and vegan dishes, which are always available as an alternative main course. Our suppliers come
for the most part from the immediate vicinity and provide us daily with the freshest products.
Of course, our kitchen is also prepared for any lactose / gluten intolerances or other allergies!
We booked (...) on extremely short notice, if I recall just two days before the day, and asked for an all vegan menu during our four day stay.
It would’ve been understandable if they denied our request, lots of other places did. But the lovely people here said it would not be a problem at all, and I ended up having some
of the best vegan food I’ve had in Europe at the hands of their chef.
They worked very hard to make my food just as elaborate as the non vegan menu.
